He was locked out of the garage while he still was in good standing on the rent/lease/agreement. He couldn't get in to move his shit out before the time he was over what he paid for. Mr. Douche then wouldn't work with him to get his shit out after he had denied OP access to his property and the space he had already paid to use.

This is basically correct. It's a bit convoluted because this trashbag wouldn't pay me some money he owed me, so I applied it towards rent which prorated got me to jan 23rd. Locks were changed jan 21st I think, and when I called him on the 23rd to get let in to get the last load of stuff he said "I think we're done here, I'll just keep the stuff" I thought that was funny so I let it simmer until he started bugging me to pick it up. We scheduled a day but we got a foot of snow that day and I was responsible for a lot of shoveling and plowing and couldn't get down there, and the roads were horrible anyways.

It doesn't really matter, hes just doing it to get a rise out of me I realize now, so I won't let that happen. To be honest I care very little about most of the stuff, but if he sold 1 wheel to be a prick leaving me with a set of 3 I would have to get even.

BTW to fuck with me he forwarded me all the emails of interested parties in the junk, most of which I recognized from r3v. Lol, thanks guys!

There is no point in dragging this out further. Just call the police, they will go over there with you and you can retrieve your stuff and that will be that. What happens to him is of no consequence to you, and he had it coming anyway.

The reality here is if he wants to play games he should be ready to take whatever move you make, if he hasn't thought it out that far, too bad.

Sorry for lack of updates. I went down there ready for whatever, he was sweet as candy and didn't say shit. He broke a windshield of mine which I think was a legit accident cuz it was laid on a high shelf that couldn't be seen from ground level, so throwing a box up there would break it, and I didn't care. And somebody did some nice graffiti art on a sunroof panel which I didn't really care about anyways and it actually looked pretty good. So that's only damage, got all the major stuff, everythings fine.
