You are an absolute retard. There is a car stalled/broken down or otherwise stopped in front of the SUV that can be seen clearly in the video. Barring that fact, your argument is still not only invalid but completely unreasonable as it would be much, much safer to stop as they both did than to try to swerve around due to the traffic and parked cars in the lanes on either side of the bike.
