I shipped incredible amounts of crap through them both to and from Germany (APO). Sometimes a package would take a little longer than normal, but I've never had a problem with them.

In fact one of the last things I shipped from Germany were two 750iL rotors from a euro E23. They barely fit in a flat rate box and weighed almost 60lbs! I covered every inch of that box twice in tape, and they arrived just fine in California.

Sent my aunt some cookies that I baked. Even overnighted them to make sure it would be fresh. They ate half of them

I ordered some rotors from a member like half a year ago, and they arrived in WORSE condition than that. He's a reputable seller on here, so I know that obviously he didn't choose a torn in half box to ship them. But yeah, the rotor literally fell out of the box as I was carrying it to my car. Fucking retarded. I wish I had a picture that I could share with you....

To the original poster, it's the seller's fault that the package ended up looking like that. A heavy item packaged in a thin, flimsy box not meant for the weight, is going to end up looking like that in the end. The only way it won't is to properly pack it so it can't move. Then it can't build inertia and smash the box like it did. Properly packed, there would be no room for the box to crush or for the contents and therefore would have survived fine.

It pisses me off to no end people that complain about UPS/Fedex/USPS DESTROYING their box. Granted, they can be a little rough sometimes, but do you really expect them to handle EVERYTHING as fragile, just because it might be? There is no way. Pack things correctly and you won't have a problem.

Fedex envelopes. Pricey, but it makes you feel good to give your money to a capitalist organization.

I do agree in part with you packaging point but how do they lose a set of rotors?

I'm currently having a problem with them. I mailed something out to someone who lives in Ohio on the 2nd of this month. I live in Cali. They still haven't arrived and according to the tracking number they are still sitting at the post office I originally mailed the package from. I've called USPS asking what is going on and they told me that the package is exactly where the tracking number says it is. So now I have to go over and see why it's not being processed.

i could not agree more. i worked in shipping on my last job after talking with some UPS, FedEx. these people work 12+ hour shifts some times. when they picked up for us around 5pm the may still have 30+ deliveries/pick ups to do.

its understandable to be upset when you get a damaged box or goods. but it also needs to be understood that these people see thousands of boxes a day and are being rushed/yelled at by bosses/overworked/ and some times under paid. it can tough some times to treat every package with the up most care.
we used to get customers sending 145Lbs engine blocks to us in used old beat up boxes covered in tape and cardboard. 42Lbs, 3000$ cylinder heads in single wall cardboard boxes.

if your going to ship a odd shape, heavy, sharp edged package you better box it to put up to take a little abuse.
