All really hard on the knees, and all the joints. last doc I had look at my right knee wanted to know how I was even walking on it. Pain is just something you get used to

Damn thats alot lol. Its not the pain from previous knee injury that bothers me anymore, running track in HS (which fucked my hip flexors too), skating as a kid, and landscaping for 5 years.

I landed on that knee when i was goin down a hill, repeating an injury after hurting it over & over is killing me right now.

yeah I know, I had my good knee let go about a week ago while going down into a ravine trying to stop sliding down the steep bastard. yeah I crashed hard 800mg of motrin and 20mins latter and back to work I go.

Within the past 8 days: meet awesome girl that autocrosses, find out my job will disappear in 2 weeks, blow up a snow tire and get cockblocked by an exploded donut tire, autocross girl goes back to previous guy, put my daily into a snowbank at 50, spend $32 getting all seasons mounted to replace blown up tires, show up to work to find out job is already gone, and now I'm out of booze.

Karma is really fucking with me because I'm going to WRC Mexico for free in a week.

Is it meniscal or ligamental damage? Cortisone injections can usually help with the former.

little bit of both, mostly meniscal.

Yeah I have had the injections and while it alleviates one side of it, since they feel better, I always push too hard on them and fuck up something else and then that hurts even more.

So I just live with the pain, i have done it so long UN-medicated I really dont notice it anymore
