There is not a single place you can hide weed inside your car where it wont/cant be found with relative ease.

The windshield washer idea is probably your best option as long as you didn't have any MJ in your car recently. If there has been recently, any good drug dog will catch it, and your car would be impounded and promptly pulled apart to find the drugs.

For one of my classes we got to watch the drug team here pull apart an impounded car that was confiscated from the owner accused of drug trafficking. The dogs got a hit coming from inside the car, and within 45 minutes the drug team had found 5lbs of weed buried deep in the dash. They've also found drugs stashed in radiators, hollowed out mufflers in dual exhaust cars, windshield washer tanks, inside the frames of vehicles, taillights, etc.. If they get a hit, your entire car is dismantled until they find what they're looking for :)
