Michigan driver license renewal is only like $18 bucks, but I don't recall how long its good for -
Yup.
In PA, license renewal is pretty cheap... $29 for 4 years.
Car registration isn't too bad: $36/yr... My 8800 lb GVWR Cummins 4x4, however, is a bitter bill to pay: $156/yr.
My main drivers are diesels, but since I work in NJ, I have pumped it myself maybe a dozen times in 8 years. Usually about 40 cents/gal cheaper in NJ as well.Leave a comment:

Thank your former governatorI was poking around other states and see what their taxes and fees are.
Get this, a license in SC is 30 dollars and good for 10 years.
Massachuetts its 70 dollars and good for 4 years.
A learners permit in SC is $2.50 and good for a year
A learners permit in MA is $30 and good for a year
So if I am 15 and have 3 dollars, I can legally rip it up in the blue ridge mountains.
Whaaa theee fuck.

Ken, Prob because you were in the wrong part of the carolinas. Goto Ashville NC. Ever hear Deal's Gap? That's on the TN/NC line. Its the motorcycle mecca in the US. 318 curves in 11 miles.
Im headed back to SC Monday to do some work out near Aiken.Leave a comment:

Our gas prices are a little higher bc we can't pump our own. It's worth the extra dime per gallon when it's 35F and pouring rain. Crack the window, "fill premium, please." enjoy warmth of car :).Leave a comment:
