82 in a 65 going through ATL (keeping up with traffic) = ticket. It was ETA miles per hour, so 82 is pretty much warp speed, so I guess I deserved it.

Forgetting to turn high beams off = pulled, probably bc he was fishing for drunks. Explained I was getting back from a buddy's, where I was soberly planning for our morning departure for Africa, and he was cool about it.

When I was 16 I had my first E30. A beater project that wasn't tagged at the time. I live down a sub division off of a secondary road.

One sunday afternoon i was driving it around the neighborhood to run some gas through it. I turned around at the intersection with the secondary road.

At that very moment, a state trooper drove by and saw the lack of tag. He pulled me over and gave me a ticket for no tag, no inspection, no insurance...and a seat belt violation.

51mph in a 30mph zone...lost half my UK licence!

Drifting on outskirts of town one midnight as I was really angry as split up with my ex a few years back. I got pulled by unmarked car, then a squad car...they never mentioned drifting they thought I had been drink driving and after breath test and car checks I got off with it even though CCTV got me!!!

Other tickets include, no numberplates, german plates with UK characters.

I got stopped for drugs once! Because I was driving a modified black bmw coupe...at 20 years old. Drugs must have paid for it!!! Yeah right officer!

Doughnuts in public place got an anti social behaviour order!!!

I've grown up alot since those days but best one was:

Most of my collection of tickets are via driving like an ass so I hold hands up!

Actually recently 6 months ago...got pulled by dutch police entering their border at 130mph when there limit was 60mph!!! They went thrpugh imterpole and everything and at the end they comfirmed who I was and the fact I'd come from a derestricted german Autobahn doing over 150mph and I was allowing the car to coast to their speed limit I got off with a telling off. It also helped being Scottish...If I were Polish I would have been sent to Jail...lucky!!!

I get pulled over for this quite often. And usually I'm searched about 2-3+ per year. I can't drive through some towns up north at night in my e36 because I WILL be pulled over and probably searched.

Notables in my e30's:
I got pulled over for 1 over the speed limit (see above) and they pulled a friend out and questioned him.

I got pulled over at 2:00 am by the only two cops on duty in gladwin when I was bringing a buddy's e30 home. I didn't have plates, insurance, registration and the car was still in the PO's name. I also had a tail light out and was speeding.

I was parked at "Pere Cheney" (google it) an old grave yard/burnt down town and somebody drove by and called the cops on us. Two squad cars came flying in the parking area lights blazing. Pulled the guy who called them on us out of his car and gave him a DUI or something. Then searched me, my two friends, my car and threatened to slam us with trespassing (was inside the car), no orv sticker (was on a seasonal, non orv road), loitering, etc. Like $750 worth of fines. Kept asking if I had a good job, do I make good money, what do I do for a living..

84 in a 55. Had been drinking so i pulled into a parking lot, looked for a flag or any thing to determine wind direction and stopped so officer would have to stand upwind. (Just to avoid any questions.)

Ironically the only speeding ticket I evet got was in my diesel wagon. $400 for doing 71km/t in the 60 limit. :loco:

Wreckless driving, speed contest, and speeding all in one. Towed. I wasn't racing. Couple years ago though, got off relatively easy with CS.

wreckless driving was the first, then i got a red light photo ticket, and my last one was a faulty muffler ticket.
