The best way to fight 10 guys at once is NOT AT ALL.

Or, see some of the toys in the gun thread.

i have wanted to take martial arts since i was a kid but my mother never had the time or money to take me. so since i make good money now i figured i would go. and Wing Chun was chosen NOT just because I saw it in a movie but I wanted to do something that wasnt main stream.

I have had my blue belt in BJJ for a few years now. I train at Capital MMA in the DC area, we get regular visits from Royce, Rodrigo and Royler Gracie amongst other great MMA fighters and bjj practitioners. I really enjoy it but have been out with an injury for a few months, hoping to get back in soon.

Self plug, pic of Rodrigo Gracie wrapping my blue belt on after Royce selected me for promotion. Summer 2008.
I know I look like an idiot, I was tired from sparring for an hour after a 3 hour seminar.

Royce when I first started. Again with the retarded look on my face.

Finally me at my first competition with the owner of my school. I got 3rd after winning 3 fights and losing my last one, I was so gassed out on the last fight.

Newsflash: Wing Chun is more mainstream than you think.

I have a few friends in Wing Chun, they all tell me that after a while every other martial art is inferior. Also, don't take Wing Chun if you like to spar.

Good to hear from other people that roll/train.

I know it's a old thread but I'm glad to see I am not alone!
