I worked in public education for 5 years, on campus I'd search for little fucks like that bullying. I absolutely loved ruining their day and humiliating them in front of their friends. The really brave ones would try and back-talk a little bit but that never lasted long before I'd have an entire class laughing at that kid, then I'd slap a referral (any full-time position could issue referrals) on them and it was off to the principle's office.
