Casual racing shoes?

I freaking LOVE my vans but I can't for the life of m make it 5 miles driving in them without problems :(

That said, my Addida Samba's worked great as driving shoes and were recently replaced by some Puma driving shoes; I forget the name :P Look kinda sketch in public in anything other than a dress shirt and I want some more Samba's!!

I dont know exactly what type you are looking for, or what your budget is... but these i would consider everyday. Pricey though.

Ive had these for like 3 years. Shoe vs Dog, these shoes surprisingly hve won many times. Actually a very ruggid shoe for how delicate they are if that makes sense.

I got mine for 65 bucks new though at one of there outlet stores.

I wear the Puma Speedcat or Driftcat. If you do a lot of walking or you are standing all day, this is not a good shoe. If you drive to work, sit all day and are generally living a sedentary life, this is a good shoe. I just recently bought a pair of red Speedcats and they have received many a compliment. They look awesome (because they are red and red shoes are awesome), are great for driving and can sustain a fair amount of city life. I recommend getting one size up - particularly if you have wide feet. Otherwise, they will sort of squish outward and then that will dirty up the suede.

I also have a pair of blue Piloti Prototipos. They're cool. They hold up to walking a lot better and they fit and look more like a sneaker. I wear them in the rain because I bought them for 30 bucks and don't really care about them all that much.

I will also recommend Sperry's. They are casual, can be worn around the office, and they offer a great pedal feel. Again, not a great shoe for lots of walking or standing, though.

I also have a pair of Bugattis. I bought them in Germany. They are a black, leather dress shoe. However, they are thin and kinda pointy. They are awesome for driving, can withstand cobblestone streets, have comfortable fit and padding, and can be worn to classy events.

my wrestling shoes were great for spirited driving occasions. Otherwise, puma speedcats are perfect double duty kicks.

I can wear anything that has a wide front, I have a size 14 shoe in puma and 15 is others. I wear a 15 in Redwing and other boots. If you go back a page I just bought Puma Ducati 1198 in black.

My size 14 matches my 6'6'' height.

Sweet! I bit the bullet and bought a pair. A friend of mine is a manager for their philly location, so she hooked it up at like 60% off retail. I'm excited to try these bad boys out!

Just picked up two pairs of shoes today. First is a pair of Puma Vedano V in Coffee and black. Second pair is Puma Ferrari SL in black-rosso corsa.

These are the Vedano, and will be my tracking shoe =)
