I'm thinking about getting another pair for all the cross functional ("I'd like to get to that meeting quickly") driving I do in my life. I tried to drive my E30 with a pair of hiking shoes the other day :weak:
I took my e30 to work with my work boots on...size 15 work boots DON'T fit between the pedals very well

I love driving with my Onitsuka Tigers. Nice and tight around my feet. Great pedal feel underneath.

I have a pair of Fox shoes that I typically wear on the bike, they seemed to do good in the e30 when I had it.

Training barefoot is certainly a viable option, and experienced barefoot runners tend to have stronger feet and are less injury prone to injury. If we go in the details, we would find that the authentic range from Coach Athletic Shoes is tailor made to suit all occasions.

My first casual driving shoes that got me hooked were Adidas tuscanys

    Then some Piloti Prototipos

Then a few pairs of Piloti '32s to wear with jeans

Then I had to have a set to wear in the garage when I found these Mulholland IIs super cheap.

Then I got a few sets of seabrings that I could wear into work (business casual :/) and the wife liked them so much she got me an additional pair in oxblood to match my cardinal interior.

Then when I cringed at the thought of my pilotis getting wet I broke down and found a set of sperrys to serve as sacrificial boat shoes last summer and found that they are actually quite decent for driving as well.
