I freaking LOVE my vans but I can't for the life of m make it 5 miles driving in them without problems :(

That said, my Addida Samba's worked great as driving shoes and were recently replaced by some Puma driving shoes; I forget the name :P Look kinda sketch in public in anything other than a dress shirt and I want some more Samba's!!

Just picked up a pair of Ducati 1198 in black =)

I know it is not a "racing" shoe, but it comes from racing and they are amazing looking!!!

I only wear motorsport shoes now, unless I am running. Daily I wear the Speedcat 2.9 Mid RB edition

or my Alpinestars but i need to start wearing my Speedcat 1's again as I am wearing out my RBs and my Alpinestars don't need to get worn much.

I've had my Puma Driftcats for over a year and they hold up incredibly well as a daily shoe, walking at work for 9 hours a day. Loved my Piloti's, but they were stolen out of my locker at the gym.

...you state this on an e30 forum? I'd say at least 80% of the nice (honestly collectible) e30s that are on this forum fit that description, or are constantly striving to.

Yeah i agree. I have a pair of green piloti's that I like to use every once in a while. But they are too bulky i feel to go with shorts, and the same applies to jeans as well. Not a bad shoe, but I wouldnt consider it an everyday driving shoe.
