Meh. I use it as the stock browser likes to get hung up on r3v now and again and doesn't let me respond to PM's but all in all? 'eh.
        Need a part? PM me.

The inspire handles everything r3v can dish at it no problemo. I've used it to browse the many picture threads.

Can't see tapatalk being all that beneficial for it. And we don't even have 3g in my city

What am I doing wrong with my droidX?

The browser quits loading web pages all the time, programs freeze and force quit often, and almost daily I have to take the battery out because the thing just wont respond to any inputs.

I've had my DroidX since Feb, and I have to say, the hand me down iphone3G I had before was way way more reliable after 3 years of service. :(

My dad recently got a thunderbolt (which is way to much phone for him, for his tech capabilities and usage all he needs is a simple flip phone)

Anyway I used it a bit and find my iPhone 3GS much more user friendly and easier to hold as it is smaller than the thunderbolt.

Its been 100% reliable for the 1.5 years I've had it. Loads all websites with ease.
My contract is up at the end of the year and since AT&T no longer offers unlimited data I'm going to have switch to verizon meaning I'm probably going to have to get android as I won't touch an ip4 with a 100ft pole.

                    Me too!
I know the first time I handled MY first cock, I was like WOW this is truly efficient and magical. One cock is all I need. Then I went out and upgraded to the 4 cock model and man it sucks. Way too much cock for me. I loved my single cock though.

HTC Hero owner, rooted and running a heavily modified Gingerbread kernel and repacked HTC SenseUI interface! Going to be upgrading to either an EVO 3D or Nexus S sometime soon.

@Eric - it sounds like you may have a couple permissions errors, coupled with low available ram. Download TasKiller for free from the marketplace. It will help you monitor your ram usage and kill apps running in the background so your phone won't get bogged down. Have you rooted your phone?

I have an X too... same issues (not rooted), I had taskkiller but that actually made shit worse. Ive had mine since november(ish) and it has gotten progressively worse recently. I don't download THAT many apps or any random crap, so if this issue is being caused by bloatware, I dont know where it came from.

I'm hoping that the release of the new android kernel will fix this shit... if not I'll probably root it and make it only run the basics

                            ^ Interesting.

Y'all should check out xda-developers.com for more info on how to fix the issue. I'm sure it's been covered plenty of times. I don't know as much about the Verizon release of the Android platform as I do about Sprint's and HTC SenseUI

The stock DroidX Froyo ROM is pathetic. Either grab Fission (or some other ROM) or install the rooted release of gingerbread with the new Blur. It is much better
