    Orthorexia?

Orthorexia is an obsession with eating only healthy foods.
Sam Monkhouse, who's 21 and from Portsmouth, says he's very conscious about the types of foods he eats.
"I follow a high protein diet and don't eat carbs," he said. "Ninety per cent of the time, I only eat cottage cheese, natural yoghurt, eggs and chicken."
...sufferers may also feel anxiety about eating out in case it means straying from their strict diet.

sam monkhouse is an idiot and needs to take a basic personal nutrition class. high protein and fat + no carbs = ketone bodies in his blood stream likely making him depressed and irritable...not to mention a sever lack of energy and general inability to perform intense, strenuous exercise such as anaerobic weight training.

those diets should really only be followed by people tying to lose weight fast (diabetics, recent sufferers of heart attacks, etc.) and then a healthier, more balanced diet should be adopted once that weight loss goal is achieved.

I would not consider Sam to be considered an orthorexic because he does not eat a healthy diet in the first place. a healthy diet, overall, is one of variety and moderation

I'd agree, but orthorexia pertains to the food itself not the diet as a whole.

i was actually just thinking about that a few minutes ago and came to the same conclusion

somebody should tell him that his milk, yogurt and cottage cheese all contain sugar.

motherfucker is getting WAY too much protein, calcium, and probably a good amount of saturated fat as well. Dumb brits
