Just saw this movie today and thought it was fantastic! But did anyone else think the train scene was very poorly done?

train scene was definitely the weakest scene.

its a very dark movie. especially when you consider it historically. women used to be sent to psychiatric institutes to shut them up or get them out of the way. and rape by the orderlies was a very common occurrence there.
