I've been going to the gym for the 3 years and did not achieve the same result I had with P90X and the R&R Formula. Even when I go cycling, I drink that in between so i can minimize the lactate build-up so I last longer.
When I was going to gym by myself, I was drinking Muscle Milk. Didn't work as much as I would like it too and there were researches that proved it had lead in it. So consuming it everyday was putting my body at risk.
