I'm using Google Chrome and have the "Instant" setting for loading pages. Basically it starts loading the webpage you want to go to as you type the web address. It bases what webpage it loads on what you are typing obviously, but also the frequency at which you go there. So pages you go to often will load before other pages you don't go to as often.

All I have to do to get to R3v is type "ww" as in www.r3vlimited.com and it comes straight here. lol

Hotmail is my home page, then I load r3v then facebook. In that order EVERYDAY...r3v is also bookmarked so I just hit the "r" key and I am there =)

You can set up chrome to automatically open with a few tabs and the pages you want. ;)
