Ok,I'm changing my comment. I just watched it again. The very start shows that the people below(the guy who got shoved) probably had something to do with it from the start. Thinking maybe the guy who he shoved had some shit to say to him that made him shove him when he came down.
Also, yes the cops were way out of line.

well for starters judging by the way the guy in the Patriotic coat took those baton shots to the noggin I would say the, guy that did hit him is lucky he didn't get it shoved up his ass.

Next yeah he prolly should not have nudged the other guy, but I suspect that dude said something outta line that was unwarranted as well. So really the reaction by the beaten guy may have been a little over the top, but he was walking away and no harm no foul.

The cops/security guys need to lose their fucking jobs. This is not what cops are for or supposed to do. The guy was walking away and leaving the situation and posed no threat to anyone or anything. A verbal warning for the nudge is all that was needed. Not an ass kicking of monumental proportion, let alone opening with an attempt to provoke the guy into actions with a head whacking with a fucking baton. He took it and showed no forward aggression and attempted to move away from the assault, and voiced a warning to not do it again.


This kind shit is very very disgusting and is becoming all too uncommon anymore. Really is a problem with our police forces being trained and selectively hired to be overly authoritarian and over militarized. Dont get me started on the instant punishment that the use of the tazer has become.

Bottom line with out further info cops were way outta line AGAIN.
I need to finish my beer and chill out before I post on this topic more.
