I don't think the site is about jealousy at all. The first Hummer was tight. Tough truck also used for combat? Awesome. This is a soft oversized, overweight and ugly. And wastes gas. And the drivers are stuck up soccer moms who endanger us drivers in smaller cars.

Just incase you didn't know. Nearly anyone can afford an H2 thanks to all the tax loopholes they fall under. All you have to do is own your own business, and you can right it off as an expense. I don't remember the exact amount you can write off, but it's one of the reasons why you see so many on the road.

Is the H2 any more ridiculous than the X5, a similarly priced disco wagon? How is it any worse than a Mercedes Benz M class, or a $48k "King Ranch" F150 crew cab with a 3 1/2 foot bed.

It's one of the few things that GM still makes money on, who cares if it's ugly or gets bad mileage? My biggest beef with it is the lame motor, they need to run the 454HO motor out of the 3/4 ton avalanche in there.
