Is there any feature that allows you to ignore certain user's posts on phpBB like there is on vBulletin?

another thing would be "split threads" tool that can seperate the off topic BS from a thread without individually deleting posts or the thread. we use this on a local car board to cut the BS out and then notifications are sent to a seperate BS OT thread in the "Soaps" section.
and it's the same board and layout completely.
