Yea the judge wanted his bail to be 100k cash or 1 million surety, but the WOMAN defense lawyer lowered it to 50k cash or 500k surety. His grand jury case is set for June 6th.

If he makes bail he is order not to come near the girls family or be around females under 18 without supervision.

Well, its a good thing that people that go in for crimes like that against youth tend not to last long. There is some prison justice out there.
