driveshaft, not cause its hard to get out, just hard to get leverage on those bolts that connect it to the diff.

Parts wise its an easy swap... but space is really limited on the backside of the trans and bench pressing it back up and onto the trans shaft without damaging the seal is a real challenge.

transmission input shaft seal. I motherfuckinghatethem. easy enough when you're doing a clutch job or trans swap, but when you have to pull the exhaust, driveshaft, and transmission out just to replace that little fucking seal you get kinda angry.

output shaft seal isn't fun either if you're having trouble getting output flange off.

Upper tranny bolts, brake lines, especially the ones going to the T above the diff, CV axels when you only have the L style allen keys, the little bolt that holds to rotor on the hub, HVAC unit, starter

Those 2 little machined aluminum nuts that hold that flat trim panel above the steering wheel column on. The one in between the column and the HVAC panel always seems to get stuck beyond belief.

                          SELECTOR SHAFT SEAL

hate that little bastard, gave me such a hard time on my E46, barley any room to work or get at it, have to drop the exhaust and driveshaft etc etc

gas tanks are a pretty big PITA too, replaced it on my old E30 and my scirocco, both bitch jobs on cars that have seen every NY winter

                            I hate all of it.

Seriously, the only reason I work on my car is because I don't want to spend money letting some rimjob do it.

I don't get that fuzzy feeling "when it's all done."

                            I hate working on cars.

I was driving once, the clutch master rod snapped and so I had to park my car as best as I could without a clutch. Take a bus to the nearest auto parts store, buy parts and then replace it in the parking lot with only the tools in my car. Sucked ass!

headliner is the worst job on an e30 hands down. I would rather do an engine swap
