h0lmes and I are going on a roadtrip to cali for a couple of weeks. We're planning on hitting alcatraz, magic mountain, disneyland, tijuana, "the oc", surfing, and everywhere in between. We should be in san fran tomorrow, and check out clay and justin's cars and stuff. Now I must go; I gotta start driving in almost 4 hours...

Sounds like a fun trip, but a couple words of caution....

1) watch out for the CHP...lately it seems I keep hearing another news story about how these guys are cracking down on speeders. Heed this warning, they love handing out tickets.

2) Depending on where you are, the freeway(s) in general, suck. Traffic will find you no matter what and don't be surprised if you find a hole in your path. Our state's DOT has done a pathetic job of maintaining some of our roadways in recent years.

When you're on I-5 passing thru Sacramento, honk, wave, burn-out as you pass :D

Hey, thanks for the invitations/advice. Its been a while since we've got wifi. So far the trip is going awesome. We went to six flags marine world, magic mointain, hurricane harbor, disneyland, and other cool places. 3 days of straight theme parks will drain you. we're heading to mexico for the day tomorrow, before we start driving back north to seattle. oh, the chp sucks, but we've been lucky so far (probably something to do with my x50 i bought the day before the trip :P ). ive taken like 600 pics so far. they're being uploaded to http://btm4k.com right now. they're huge till i can get them in a gallery if i get home. ttfn
