This happened today so I'm not very well informed what exactly happend. But rumors says a old man didn't want pay parking lot for some reason, so he refused to stop at the cashier before exit down to the ramp and decided to throttle the hell out of his car and went stright instead to turn right where is the exit ramp. I still need to figure out how he past through some obstacles before hitting the border hand bar for mall pedastrian and all down like 3-4 floor direct on the ground. luckilly no body was injured/killed only the ol man driver suffered from some kind of contusions (sp?).
