    Who snowboards?

So snowboarding is pretty much my life when Im not in class in the winters and I was wondering if anyone else here rides? I get like 30 days a year in now mostly at Whiteface in Lake Placid NY with about 10 coming during breaks back in NH, mostly Loon and Waterville. What about everyone else? I also just picked up a Burton Custom LE 162 with 2006 Burton Mission Bindings for 540 bones. Pretty sick deal if your familiar with Burton stuff. Ostrich leather is pimp. Lets hear your setups!

I have an old K2 board and whatever bindings. I snowboard but it isnt my life, I am just better at it than skiing. I prefer illegal terrain to jumps and shit.
    Im now E30less.

I mostly freeride as well. Nothing is more badass than ripping down a steep pitch and rocking some hard carves. Pure snowboarding pleasure right there.

Ill dabble in the park but its just not as sweet. The adrenaline of trying to go as fast as possible cant be beat

Bowls are your friend and seeing the rooster tail of virgin powder behind you.... plus its softer when you eat it...

I always have to ride in front, my asshole brother wont warn me when he has just knocked a branch beside when we are in everglades.

Damn an 06 seven, you havent riden it yet Im assuming. I demod the 05 last year the same time I demod the custom I eventually bought. Good board, but Im just not that freestyle oriented. My buddy loves his though, and from what I could tell when I rode one, it cant be beat in the park.

Other than the sheets of ice that form by 10 am, Whiteface is pretty sick. Steep and fast. 3400 Vertical is pretty sweet too

Yeah the rep hooked me up with the board early(like april, but I didn't wanna destroy it before the next season) so I just rode my old seven for the last few days of the mountains. I was gonna go to whis for the summer but can't afford it since I'm saving for actually living there. I'm usually kind of a park rat, but over the last year I realized riding cliffs is a hell of a lot more fun so I cant wait to get riding. Only about 4 months to go

I dedicated my life to riding for a few years. Moved out to CO, put in 100+ days a year for 3 years. Then I moved back to MA and finished college. Now I'm lucky if I get 15 days a year in. I've been all over the country, pacific northwest has been my favorite. Squaw valley is sick, so is Baker in WA. Right now I'm riding a Volkl (same as Nitro) with Ride EX bindings and Northwave KJ boots

Man I thought Vokl or however you spell it only made skis, mr gf just picked up a pair so shes pretty stoked.

UNH - Waterville isnt to bad, True Grit nice and steep and reminded me of Whiteface. Ive heard Loon is becoming pretty snowboard friendly, but Ive never been there as Im not much of a park rider. Best place I went to was Cannon last year, they have one glade thats like 2000 vertical feet. Its absolutely sick with plenty of tight tree lines, 4-5 foot drops, and untouched powder days after the last snowfall.
