My uncle once found empty coke baggies under the carpets and a syringe and spoon in the shifter boot. But thats because I left them there. haha. I had some insane times in my 325... That car was with me through some really hairy times and was always dependable and got me through some insane shit. That car saw copious amounts of all things possibly done in and around a vehicle.

my last subaru, i tore to apart to do a turbo drivetrain swap. when i pulled the dash a 8ball fell out. then as i was pulling up the carpet and found a 14K gold nugget bracelet. the 8ball was taken to the police station to be disposed of but i kept the bracelet.

i was repairing a 996TT once and found a meth pipe wedged in the back seat.

if you do not know, it is nearly impossable to loose control and wreck one because of the AWD you almost have to do it on purpose.

this guy lost it and ran over a center median on a 25 mph (posted speed) road near my house.

it was still new and wrapped in paper though, still makes you wonder how he biffed the median though.

He was a shady negotiator, and lied through his teeth about the condition of the car. At the time, I was new to e30's and knew way less than I do now, but even then I knew "Oh the suspension's perfect" was a downright lie." When I called him the next day to ask about some problems I discovered (stalling, overheating, massively shot struts, etc.) he picked up once, said he'd call me back, then wouldn't answer his phone for weeks. I later did a little internet stalking, and found out he's got a criminal record. Just stupid stuff like traffic tickets, then not showing up for court. I think he's serving some jailtime. Anyway, the guy really needs to get his act together and stop bullshitting people. I think he has the talent to be a pretty decent e30/BMW specialist, but he's gotta stop being such a snake in the grass.

Still, after all that, I don't regret buying my car. I think of her as my little rescue pet.

I bought my car knowing it was a 16 year old beater but I planned on fixing/replacing everything anyways so it didn't really matter. No drug paraphernalia to date though.

OP I'd seriously look into getting the car properly cleaned and searching for whatever else may be in it still. If for whatever reason the police search your car, a dog would pick that up immediately and you'd have some serious 'splainin to do.
