    Scientologists strikes again....

    I can't believe this shit. I started another thread talking about the death of my brother.

    We were doing everything we could to contact my deceased brothers ex (A Scientologist) even though she's bat shit insane (long story wont go there) because my brother had a kid with her. He's now father less.

    My other brother's wife had called her and told her the whole story yet the ex still ignored all the messages from the rest of us...because as one of my Scientology brothers said....I'm connected to my dad and they are disconnected from him because of the way he left Scientology. Which means they aren't talking to me either.

    My dad and myself are not Scientologists anymore and haven't been for a while. Yet even with the death of my brother they can't have an ounce of fucking respect.

    Get this...the ex called the mortuary and the girl from the mortuary said she was giggling (not a nervous giggle either apparently). And the ex wanted a picture of my brother dead sent to her. WTF!!??

    The way Scientologists think, they'll blame my dad for my brother's death because they think he was an SP (Suppressive Person). And anyone that they deem an "SP" they disconnect from...yet my dad was never declared an SP by the so called church. SP's are the "evil doers" if you will. They think anyone connected to SP's have their lives fall apart.

    Education about this cult=very important.

                  I find it interesting that as a former member you refer to it as a cult. I don't disagree at all though, and feel for you and your family.

                  I feel I should say this should probably be moved to the religion/politics subforum though.

                                      interested to know more about what defines a suppressive person. Is this the same thing as being with a controling woman or how being with a woman who 'suppresses' your desires and ambitions makes your life fall apart (or not be as successful as it could have been because she is not supportive or ambitious herself)?

                                      Sorry, was just wondering if I somehow agreed with something of theirs.

                                      I'd say try not to pay much attention to what is going on outside of your family and in your own way, deal with your brother's passing. In life and in death, there will always be these outside people striving to bring our positives down to negatives and our negatives further negative.

                                      Once the BS subsides, I will inquire about this SP within the below.
