Well im sitting here watching tv and my girlfriend went for McDonalds. She always gets their salads and while were eating she yelled and jumped up freaking out! Turns out she pulled a 2 and a half inch stainless steel rod out of her mouth about an eighth inch in diameter!! So now im seeing what i should do... What do you guys think???

My suggestion is that you make them aware of the situation without any kind of expectancy of restitution or anything like that, and they will bend over backwards to make the situation right.
