Staff agency girl question...

So anyway, a few weeks ago I got a job thru a staffing agency...no big deal, but the girl doing the interview was really cool and after we got me the job with the gov't here in Van, we swap a few emails and I mention that I should buy her a few drinks for gettin me the job (sorta jokingly as I already have a GF of 9.5 yrs).

So after the job has been going well for a while, the chic emails me this message today...not sure how I should take it....what do you guys think??

what should i do??? is this a date? we flirted during the interview but I mentioned that I had a GF too....not sure what I should think?!?!? (I'll admit, I'm very clueless on this stuff)
