Any r3v'ers live in or around Barcelona willing and able to help a brother out?

My brother will be going over to Barcelona for 15 months (luckiest of all lucky bastards) and I would like to know if there are any locals there he can befriend to show him around and get him acclimated and give him a place to stay for a couple weeks until he finds stable and permanent lodgings. There are people on this forum who know him and can vouch for him being an upstanding, balanced, courteous, respectful, and responsible young (26) lad who went to/graduated from SDSU college and is a likeable character (somewhat opposite to how his older brother turned out haha). He spent time in Barcelona "studying" before but made all his friends with foreigners of all stripes and colors and no locals (besides any lovely ladies he bedded during that time which are a non-option at this point in time). We are aware of hostels and hotels but would like a local to show him around and possibly even befriend him for local-known insider shenanigans, your general tomfoolery, and be less of a tourist.

Any help in this area would be GREATLY appreciated and there can be compensation and possibly residual chonch since he did inherit A personality trait from his older brother. He is a definite lady killer. PM me or respond to this thread and if more info is needed, I have 4 threads of my trip to Germany for the World Cup in 2006 where we spent a little time in Barcelona when he was living there. Search for them because Im tired of whoring those threads out even though it was the greatest time of my life hahaha. Thanks in advance, fellas!!

Dont trip. He speaks the Argentinian accent of spanish, it gets us both laid wherever we go. Even in L.A. where most of the spanish-speaking population is from central America. The men usually dislike us, but the women are very interested.
