    EC fatburner stack review

    DISCLAIMER: not telling anyone to do this, just posting my experience, if you choose to do this, do at own risk.

    so i started my EC( ephedrine/caffiene) stack today. gonna give a write up for anyone interested. just my experience and will update daily at first, then weekly.

    background on EC:
    it is ephedrine, gotten from a drug called "Bronkaid" stacked with normal caffiene pills. not super complicated, but here is the jist-the E makes adrenaline and raises body temp and energy also inhibits fat burning in cells, the C enhances this by prolonging the E's effects through the day.also works as a mild appetite supressant.

    ALSO it is cheap. 10$ for 60 caffien pills and 12$ for 60 bronkaid.

    i did my research before starting this and know the risks involved, benefits out way risk FOR ME.

    dosage:
    gonna ladder this
    dose- 1 dose of 25mg E to 200mg C
    first week 1 dose/day
    second week 2 dose/day
    3rd week 3/does day

    max is 3/day

    day 1- WOW. took it 1/2 hour before workout. felt it with in 10minutes. slight stomach ache, drank a glass of water then hit gym for cardio(i split my workouts, cardio in AM, lift in PM). after a few minutes of cardio stomach ache subsided and i had full energy through out my routine. usually i am tired after the treadmill, but not this time. so excited. so amped up. feels great.

    DAY 2- took it at breakfast, had to run arrands before my workout. could really tell my body temp was slightly elevated. got to the gym, 2hr workout no problem. got my protein in right after. had energy through out the rest of the day. felt really good. no jitters or anything bad.

    I used the EC stack as well. (plus green tea, fish oil, animal stak multivitamin)

    I went from about 255 to 195 where I'm at today. BTW, I am 6'2". I did it for two 30 day sessions.

    I know you probably already know this, but you WILL be drinking water by the gallon.

    I wouldve recommended you start with cutting your caffeine doses in half at the very least to match the 1:10 E:C recommended ratio.

    Here was my ramp up schedule; my pills came in 8mg doses and 200mg doses for eph and caffeine respectively. Doses were taken typically at 6:30, 11:00, and 3:30. Nothing later than 5:00.

    day 1 8mg E + 100 caff
    day 2 8mg E + 100 caff x 2
    day 3 8mg E + 100 caff x 3
    day 4 16mg E + 100 caff, 8mg E + 100 caff x 2
    day 5 16mg E + 100 caff x 2, 8mg E + 100 caff
    day 6 16mg E + 100 caff x 3
    day 7 24mg E + 200 caff, 16mg E + 100 caff x 2
    day 8 24mg E + 200 caff x 2, 16mg E + 100 caff
    day 9 24mg E + 200 caff x 3

    continue day 9 until day 21/22 and then trim down from there. Following the reverse of the ramp up for days 21 to 30.

    I don't want to dive too much into my diet/workout schedule but all I did was simply eat 5 to 6 times a day keeping my calorie count under 500 per meal. For working out, I did p90x. I didnt want to plan or make anything up so I just followed it. Not ideal, but worked for me.

      I have personally seen the same combo send people into the ER in hypertensive crisis with the outcome being internal gross organ damage requiring transplantation. Be wary when you change/mess with your dosages.

        I would consider doing this. But my diet is absolute shit.

        If I can't get my diet in order, then theres no point being a tryhard.

          i'll admit, it is a bit of a surge with the dose i took today. maybe tomorrow cut the E in half so its about 12.5mg and do 120mg of C. then go from there. thanks bud.

              Honestly, even though my results were amazing. I do not recommend this to anyone. I am 99% sure I was very capable of getting the results I was getting without the drugs.

              Proper diet is the absolute most important key here in weight loss.

                Look online for pure ephedrine out of the unknown, not the OTC stuff you get here. Becareful though as it os a main ingredient in method and you could get a controlled delivery if buying in large quantities. You don't need the decongestant, just the basil dilator ephedrine.

                You might want to add baby aspirin to your stack also. Look up ECA stack for dosages.

                    Also 15mg a day is plenty for someone new to ephedrine! If you want better results add in a fat burner like RX-6 take both in the morning and be good all day including your workout.

                          I like my heart and organs. I wont fuck with that shit. I'm doing it the hard way. 6am six mile bike ride every day. boxing/muay thai right after. work for nine hours. jiu jitsu/wrestling/MMA/judo at night depending on the day. karate/boxing or karate/jiu jitsu on weekends. pescatarin diet six days a week. no complex carbs, minimal sugars, no white rice or pasta. Sunday is cheat day, eat whatever. I started about two years ago at 315 lbs and looking like play-doh. now walking at 250lbs, but plateaued there because of muscle growth. Have about another 55lbs of fat on my body at 26% body fat. Looking at a goal between 185lbs and 200lbs. BTW, I'm only 5'10"

                            And being a fat tub of goo is not bad for you?

                            Kudos for getting in shape, but there is nothing wrong with taking these in moderate dosages in conjunction WITH exercise. Pills are no replacement for physical exertion and a good diet. Do all 3 and you will get your results quicker.

                              run 12-15 miles a week. when i started training for OCS thats what i did, i was 150lbs. 2 weeks later i was 140.
