Apparently that is being left up to another office within the Florida State Attorneys to decide. The guy that has been in charge thus far delayed his retirement till this thing was over... now that it's done I'm sure he doesn't want anything more to do with this family.

She will prob get a slap on the wrist charge anyway. Community service or something.
