If she was a poor or working class male. No matter what race, creed, color, national origin, religion. She would have been found guilty of all counts. I cannot stress to Americans enough that our politics, judicial system, medical, insurance, employment, and religious systems are all fueled by money. This trial made millions and millions of dollars. While the working class fight over the race of our president and shit. The rich find a way to beat the system and the poor find a way to beat the system. O.J. didnt win that case. The prosecution lost it. Casey Anthony didnt win this case. The prosecution lost it. It just goes to show that if you have money you can get away with murder. Not her money. Any money. Tax payer money. The only thing you are gauranteed in life is death. If you have the right lawyer, you can get away with not paying your taxes. The average working class American accussed of a crime would never have access to the defense team that either one of these cases had. And Miss Anthony will never be able to pay her legal fees. Her defense will be partially fueled by our tax dollars. Mr.Baez would never consider defending joe blow for a couple of joints or a used crack pump. If you cannot afford a great, not good, great lawyer you are going to jail. At the very least a hefty fine +. ALL CIRCUMSTANCIAL CASES CAN BE WON WITH REASONABLE DOUBT. All you have to do is find an expert who contradicts their expert. Pay him enough to be an expert witness at your trial and you are gold. Is she guilty...............................One thing is for sure. She will be an instant celebrity and Mr. Baez will make tons of money and they both have made history.

This is how our system is set up. You must be convicted on SOUND EVIDENCED, not hear say, a hunch, or how we feel about the person or that we think they did it. This is a product of fancy lawyer-en and the the prosecution not proving "beyond a reasonable doubt" that she is guilty.

I dont like this verdict but, you know I have to side with Ben Franklin and many others dating back though history well into the 1400's and can make ties into biblical lore. The presumption of innocents, and why you must have a UNANIMOUS Verdict from a pool of your peers, these are the core principals on which our legal system is based and what protect us all.
