Were else would a "animal sanctuary" take photos with some hot ass high schooler to make more people come to it and end up killin the girl?

I want to know where were the tranq's they should have had tranq's in that freaking tiger in ten seconds, instead they have to wait for police to arrive to shoot the fucker please.

WHen I interned at the Philadelphia Zoo they used fire extinguishers to scare off the tigers... the sound of the CO2 discharge scared them away from just about anything... why they didn't have that I don't know.
