A peak inside the Lamborghini factory!

We're waiting on our first LP700 to arrive hopefully in the next 2-3 weeks, my buddy over at Newport Beach just got hit demonstrator car in, it's matte white with black interior. But anyways, Lamborghini keeps teasing us with new photos, this time it's a nice process build in the Aventador, take a look at the behind the scenes look at this crazy ass car.

    The rest here...

Thx for looking guys! If you have any questions feel free to ask me. :o

When my wife and I were in Italy several years ago, we stayed a couple of days in Modena. The locals told us that tours are given by reservation only so we gave it a shot and called the factory. We got a personalized tour with an english speaking tour guide because someone had canceled earlier. Got to sit in some of the museum cars while learning the history and then she took us down the murcielago line (presumably because the gallardo was going through its refresh with the reventon front end). The workers were kind enough to stop what they were doing and talk to us about their jobs. One of the uphostery workers (who only spoke italian) grabbed a couple of pieces of scrap leather and then stamped the embossed bull logo on them for us (usually applied on the headrest). We ended up framing them because it was such a cool gift. We saw Reventon #2 on the production line as well as valentino balboni hauling ass in front of the factory. The trip was initially to go see the Ferrari museum but the lamborghini factory tour was the best memory of the trip.

No pictures allowed in the factory though! :(

The Aventador just dosent do it for me. I dont like the direction the company is taking their cars, they are become tamer (safer because they have to be per govnt regs), however one thing lambo does have control over is their styling, and i think they are doing it all wrong. i dont like the angled stealth jet styling. Also AWD needs to go.

To sum up, to me lamborghini's now are just audis with a little Italian zest in their vagina. The Countach and diablo, and even the Murcielago, although nt as much, had that little undifinable something that screamed SUPERCAR. The aventado dosent have that, it is just a precise german rocket, engineered on a computer, with no passion, and styled by some people who dream to design stealth aircraft.

You're only regurgitating what you saw on top gear. Let's face it---The Aventador is a BEAST. Look at the laptimes. Sure it's not batshit crazy and nearly impossible to control like its predecessors. You have to look at the irony of what Clarkson and May say.

                      Amazing vehicle.

No. thats how i felt when i first read about the Aventador in motor trend, months ago.

Dont care about its lap times, its ugly, and not cool in my book.

You do realize Lamborghinis, with the exception of a few special editions, have been AWD since 1993 right?
