On the same note, my dad is a chemist for ppg. He has a technicain assistant that is soppost to help him. She is the laziest person alive and is just making things worse for my dad. He has to spend a big chunck of time everday taking notes on what she did/hasnt done that day. If it was anyone else they would have been fired years ago.

1 shes a woman
2 shes black
3 shes elderly
4 she has a medical problem

Shes been a lazy ass all her career but no one has done anything about it due to those 4 things, they just push her to the side. Now shes getting a wake up call since my dad dosn't put up with that. I'll take a bet shes going to sue the company when shes fired calling them racists. :roll:

Well... they were also brought to places in the Caribbean as slaves... when I was there for my honeymoon I don't think I have ever been around such a professional and intelligent group of people.
