MS13 is somewhat of a joke these days. Sure the O.G boys who are actually members might be legit but there are thousands of punk kids all over the world claiming MS13 because their complexion is 'brown'.

Taliban would have much greater numbers when it comes to those that are ready to go to war. I've seen documentaries claiming MS13 has over 100,000 members but I'm pretty sure, a large portion of those would be in other countries, not exactly ready to commit to an all out war.

they are some hardhitting motherfuckers. 1 on 1, im sure you'd see some really good fights, but in small group tactics, ms13 just doesnt have the extensive military training that the taliban has.

a lot of ms13 members join the military just for the training. then they leave and teach their local gangs military tactics. they are not pussies in any regard. if they were just a bunch of poseurs, they wouldnt have gotten very big. if they were just a bunch of pussies, the FBI/local police wouldnt have an issue dealing with them.

The Taliban is secret group of people, willing to commit suicide for their religious beliefs or unless you're an American trying to impose your westerner way of life upon them.

The MS 13 gang, has no beliefs., matter of fact they even embrace the devil as their leader. That's what the horns of their gang signs stands for.
If you actually know a real gang member from MS13 they are not to be fucked with and the same can be said for a Taliban member. Yes, the Taliban drove the russians out of their country but it was only because they knew how to hide in their mountains and attacked them by ambush. The MS13 is notorious for their cruel, sadistic and evil ways of killing, no need to hide, they just don't care about the consequences.

Choping body parts isn't anything new to MS13, killing people by shooting them in the head while being recorded has been done. Don't forget that many real MS13 members where part of the Salvadorean civil unrest, meaning they too have had a civil war for over a decade. Weapons that were used for such war are still around and being part of the GUERILLA or the Salvadorean military, they have enough skill to make bombs and shoot guns or fire IEDs.
All I'm saying is, that in a realistic battle, the 2 groups have their own strentghs and can go either way.
