You can totally visit coffee shops without being dutch. E30_325es and I were just there Monday night. He partook in some "coffee shop fun" while I had some beers. Both of us are American and we're pretty sure the bartenders were too. They didn't speak Dutch at all and there accents were spot on perfect.

Not going to say 10's all the way, but I would agree there are a lot of hot women in the Netherlands. Not so much in France. It was disappointing.
