I only prank friends with mine. The main intention was to scare asshole drivers, which is working out pretty good.
Though a flame thrower would often be a much better option.

Some big lifted truck had these in traffic one day.. was going around a long bend in a 2 lane road and came up right next to me and blasted the horn.. being an Iraq veteran, I was not amused. Scared the shit out of me and had to pull over for a minute..
