I think it was the winter of 97 or 98 I was at my moms house, and it snowed enough to stick in the valley. I was sitting on the corner of Houghton and Speedway in a lawn chair with a cup of coffee enjoying the show. And again around Easter of 00 just a skiff + some ice that was a good morning rush hour too.....

Lost power 7pm Saturday, still out as of this morning. I dealt with hurricane damage when I lived in Ft Lauderdale, this is pretty much like that... only cold. Been seeing my breath in the house the past two nights, that's interesting.
Been using the fireplace, but that only does so much. Could be worse though, temps in the 50s during the day, just cold at night. We still have hot and cold water, and the gas grill to cook on.
