Snow Storm for the I-95 Belt of New England

Crazy in October for New England to get a snow storm. Let alone the 10-12 inches we ended up with.

Crazy snow buildup mostly because the trees still have leaves on them and the quantity of wet snow.

Below are pictures of the beginning of the snow fall, I was at work when it began.

    3pm - Snow began

4pm - Car is beginning to get covered.

5pm - Co-worker in the snow, large tree limb down across the street, car again.

Tree sagging on the power lines.

6pm - Car is covered, lost of snow and roads are useless.

    6:30pm - Back to school

11:30 - Decided to go out driving in the snow, still on 245/40/18 Summers LOL

Next morning walking around campus, by the time I got up much of the snow had already melted.

Got a picture of this, but many cars and other things were damaged from tree limbs falling.

My car, freshly clean after driving around a bit this morning.

i had a tree fall on the roof of my rx8 because of the snow last march. it put a half inch dent into one of the really strong side roof beams. cost $7000 to repair that half inch dent. rofl.

Got about 6 inches here in Lancaster PA. Not too many limbs fell around here from the small amount of driving I did. A lot more fell back home though. This was the first time I drove my e30 in winter conditions. I haven't had my winters mounted yet and have all seasons left from the po that are pretty much worn down to the wear bars in the rear. LSD saved my ass.

at least 12" it was nearly un-passible, I had to leave my car is a random parking lot, because I couldn't get my 540i back up to the lot by my apartment.

Yea probably 2000? Maybe it wasn't bob's. It was the competitive edge in East Longmeadow which I think used to be a bobs

I wish snow in the midwest would melt the next day haha. Luckily we haven't had any snow fall yet and hopefully there wont be any for at least another month.

We got about 5 inches, but the whole area has no power. We have no heat and no water, and they expect me to go to class tomorrow, no way.

Class at UMass Amherst is closed tomorrow.

Nothing around here has power. Gas stations are out of gas, basically everything is locked down.

We got a foot of snow here in northern jersey, and since I live in a heavily wooded area a shitload of trees hit the power lines which killed power for the whole town. On a brighter note my 318 was so much fun in the snow.

That shit is why I live in Arizona, where the worst thing we get is a dust storm.
