        Holy shit.... I have never ate the whole, just the innards..... Weird nobody I know eats the whole thing,.... Still not trying it... lol

              Eat whole, no other way to do it my dood.

              For best results:

              Spread seeds out on paper towels and dry thoroughly.

              Mix in a bowl with some olive oil

              Spread on baking sheet sprinkle with Cajun spice.

              Boom.

                I have been buying them already shelled at the grocery store.
                I melt a little butter in a bowl and coat the seeds with it.
                Then I sprinkle them with creole seasoning. So good... and no shells to chew on.
