Debate with my roomate: Nascar vs. Rally, F1

A friend and I are currently (and have been) arguing over this matter.
Now, so I thought I'd ask the same question to R3V. Do you guys think that Nascar is "harder" than F1? Do you think Nascar is "harder" than rally?
    Provide reason(s).

    1983 Peugeot 505 STI
    1992 Volvo 240 Wagon

    Harder? As in psychically?

Kind of comparing apples and oranges here...

F1 and wrc rally are harder to win than nascar.

F1 got a lot more high tech than the rest, and got so many laps in one race, which they have practice laps before they race, plus all the over-valued glorified fame.
You have so many laps to catch up if you make some errors at the beginning.

wrc rally got a lot different track conditions ( tarmac, gravel, mud, ice or snow) in one single race, they got co-driver but literally there's no practice laps before the race.

nascar, mostly oval track, over and over and over.

      Proof? Race of Champions!

Plus, if you compare the social demographic backgrounds between F1, WRC, Nascar enthusiasts, you'll know why.

Physically one would assume F1 and Rally are much tougher due to G's and reaction times you need. Hence why people like Mark Martin and Ron Hornaday who are 200 years old still do it.

NASCAR is less sport and more entertainment anyway, they have full course cautions to increase "competition". They also have a playoff system where everyone still gets to play later. It would be like if in the superbowl they let other players from teams that were eliminated still pay but they couldn't contribute beyond hurting other peoples chances of winning.

NASCAR's rules are a joke and the lack of more road course driving is as well, and therefore it makes it hard to compare the skill of the drivers or teams to actual motorsports.

F1: getting boring in my opinion. I think the interesting time was with Senna, Hill, Schumacher (i'm not a fan of him).

Nascar: Dont have a opinion about it because i've never seen it.

WRC: Much more interesting than F1 and everything else. The skill of the driver is very important... furthermore i love the dust and dirt and everything :P

when F1 drivers can't make it, they drive for nascar.

So your friend is a southern redneck who insists that NASCAR trumps all?

Does he have a mullet, drive a camaro, or own a confederate flag?

lol, No I think that was more I need a job security, and I know where to go to get it.........

That said they are 2 totally different skill sets to run each series respectively. You throw a F1 or rally driver on a High banked oval in a 800hp 195mph shopping cart coming from the best handling and responsive cars ever built there is a little bit of a learning curve involved to keep it greasy side down let alone be competitive

You see the same with the nasty car drivers every time they throw them on a road course....

All that said I am no fan of nascar.

Nascar has all of these save walls to crash into if things go wrong. Rally well there are rocks, trees, culverts, Euro fans, and so on. If that alone dose not make rally the hardest race out there nothing dose.
