    Rita could equal $5 gas

    The timing and strength of the latest storm could cause worse spike at the pumps than Katrina did.

    Meh, we get most of our gas from CA. I'm not too worried about it. $2.67 per gallon in OR right now. And we don't even have to get out of the car 8)

            Oregon residents are not allowed to pump their own gas. It is some sort of Oregon thing, where every pump station is required to pump the gas for the driver.

                  haha, thanks. Yeah, the service station will be fined if somebody pumps their own. There are some commercial fueling stations where you can pump your own... mostly for police and such.
