Whn I was 16 I did telemarketing. That was fun. Smoke a lot of weed and made good money for a kid at 16. Best part was i fucked with the customers, up their order and make double the money! Yeah brotha

I was lucky and landed a job as a CAD Drafter in high school. Technical knowledge is quite useful. Great job, paid very well and was super easy. Downside was having to sit at a desk for 8 hours, 5 days a week.
Pretty much anything retail sucks ass FYI. Shipping/packing jobs are generally pretty tolerable, but can get repetitive/boring, but at least you don't have to talk/deal with people.

I need to find a job.
My friend just got fired at Sears. His manager hated him and made up something about what my friend said to him. The store manager believed him and he used his wife and her bestfriend (all 3 work there) as witnesses.
Total bullshit. His whole dept. is backing him though as well as the Tools Manager. He is taking it to the next corporate level

Life-guard. Get Tan. Look at girls all day. Get said girls phone number while on break. Get drunk with them that night. Make DNA stains with them all over my parent's furniture later that night. That was a good summer...www.truegearhead.com

Bike shops have always treated me well. I've worked at a beach bike rental shop for 7 summers (since i was 13) and the past 2 ive managed it. $15/hr cash, lots of babes, and very chill work. Last winter i worked a the best bike shop I've ever been in. Very unique layout, high tech shit, high end bikes, and lots of very cool people. If you are mechanically inclined, good with people, and have some interest in bikes/are willing to learn i really dont think you can go wrong landing a job in a bike shop. Not to mention all the people who buy $5-$10k bikes are great connection/contacts to have once you start looking for a real job.
