NEED UNBIASED OPINION:
Question wanted to know who Mars was named after, the group started discussing and came up with "The God of War".
We'd set this trend where, before we put our final answer in, if the answer was too broad, the opposing group asking the question would say "No, you have to be more specific". (This was not in the rules and it was probably a bad idea in retrospect, but we'd been using it on either side for other questions and it'd worked fine)
Someone on the opposing side simply said "be more specific" so we said Ares (The Greek name for The God of War since obviously saying Mars was named after Mars sounded dumb). The person holding the card never chimed in... the answer read: The God of War, and did not want to give us the point.
What do you think? Should we have gotten the point? Is Ares (Greek name vs. Roman name) not still the God of War?
