      Yes and no..

      Amongst the many things she is godess of, on is warfare. Not the godess of war itself.
      Warfare in Roman, and current culture is commonly used as the tactic being described, Not the act of war.

      It's all semantics, yes. But the god, and godess, were the two sides of the same coin. The actual bloodlust and the planning for it are *technically* not the same thing.

            Nobody is differentiating between Roman mythology and Greek mythology.
