I owned a 74 GTV 2000 and just loved it. I gave it Konis and Pirellis and it would chug through deep snow when everyone else was still digging. Always ran (reasonably well), handled incredibly well and it's one of the few cars I've owned that I would own again....if I had a 6 car garage.
...and yes, it's in my sig lolSeat Shocks....I have passed the baton to John Christy from Ninestitch. Email John or Garrett at ninestitch1@gmail.com

I made some big headway on the sprint on Thursday. I got new studs welded to both sets of side grills for the car (I'll get the 2nd set chromed and possibly be able to sell them for almost as much as it will cost to get everything chromed in the first place.)
I finally have a full set of useable grills for the car now.

So this is where my project is at this point. All in all, not looking bad. Floors were stripped to bare metal, rust was killed, then POR-15 over the top.
Slowing moving in the right direction.

It would be nice to see Alfa free itself from Fiat, but I don't see it happening. I think Fiat owns all the Italian builders aside from Lamborghini (owned by VW last I heard)
I still think the Giulia looks like a BMW.

I agree that it looks like a BMW in a lot of ways, they obviously took some german design queues with the arches, hoodline, roofline, C pillar, and stubby butt. But its also very distinctly alfa, not chrysler 200 or fiat chassis with a v6.
I think if it is moderately reliable it would be real competition for the M5/M3 at its pricepoint.1989 BMW 325is | 2019 Ford Ranger FX4willschnitz
