                      Nope there are laws like that all over the world, it's just whether the LEOs bother to enforce them.

                      Mostly has to do with bumper/headlight height. Most of the "bro" trucks are outside the regulations as well.

                          Stock height XLRs get pulled over in cali for being too low. We have a few customers that have had that happen to them.

                              not really. in any place you can not have any hard part of the car lower the the wheel rim. that way if you have a tire come apart you still control the car by riding the rim and not slide down the road out of control on the body.
