stocked up on tires today, bought a 10' long of 2" diameter abs pipe from lowes and cut them to the width of the wheels and took the edges to a router to make them look somewhat real, made 23 sets of tires, me and 2 other guys got 7 sets each and gave 2 sets away

Thought I'd bump this.

Just getting back into the rc game & thought I'd give drifting a shot.

Just picked up a tamiya ta06 chassis for a good deal. Didnt have any new bodies so i decided to repurpose one of my nitro basher bodies.

Started as...


Tore up the paint a bit. Found some white & went to town. Also ghetto rigged a cage, and chopped the fenders out for fuh raze. Reinforced the front end. Now she's ready to bash again.


Now just waiting on electronics. Can't w8 too drifto.

That's a joke, I race off road clay and I go through a set every couple of weeks.

Plastic wears out faster than rubber. Especially when ur intentionally spinning them on concrete/asphalt. Carpet not so much.
